On a Roll (At Least I Think So)

So I've really been concentrating on getting full pieces done lately. What with the stuff I posted last week and right now, I really think I'm getting better at this whole "art" thing. Still no commissions so I'm spending my free time with Jonathan Frakes watching Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction ,drawing my OCs, or with my boyfriend who is not Jonathan Frakes (but just as/even more awesome) :B Still no word on if I'm being laid off again, we'll find out once the tax deadline passes tomorrow.

Anyway, my crowning glories for the week! I've been working on the concept of a weird ass Aztec looking robot thing for years now, and I've finally colored a damn picture! Yay me! Anyway, feedback would be greatly appreciated as this is a new thing for me as to where my artwork is progressing.

I wish I had more time to get the pages to their story out. It's killing me inside!

I said I'd be back, only I'm not as intimidating as 1980's Arnold Schwarzenegger. Anyway I felt productive this weekend and got a few pics done that I'm really happy with, one of which is *ahem* going back to Sariel and her questionable fashion sense.

The following pics were done with my new copic markers and some random touch ups with photoshop and a gelly pen :B

First up, something I'm really happy with because it hurt my hands so damn much.

Not Dead...Yet

Hey everyone,
Just giving my peeps the heads up that I haven't died and things have been pretty hectic this past month. Had to move to a new apartment because of some stuff going down with my neighbors that made it scary to be in my own home. So after moving, unpacking, getting things in order again I'm scheduling an appointment for oral surgery because of a shattered wisdom tooth, so we'll see when I can get my artwork back on track. I did however create a new character, it's just a matter of building up on the design and getting something to post!

Anyway, hope to get something up next week! Need to leech the internet at the local theatre as I do not have internet access at home anymore D:>
